Cafe Mocha Frappe

Celebration doesn’t need any  specific reasons 🙂 Thats my way 🙂 Today I completed six months in Montreal , Canada so had a small party at home , Made Cafe Mocha Frappe which reminded me of CCD (Cafe Coffee day ) & Raasta Cafe in Bangalore which is a 24 hour cafe shop ,where we use to go spend whole night having coffee & hukka ( deadly combination) LOL . To cherish those beautiful days with friends here is my dedication to all my friends in Bangalore ,my version of “Cafe Mocha Frappe”. I am a big bollywood fan 🙂 Here is my Frappe song

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cup chilled milk
  • 1 tablespoon coffee powder
  • 2 tspn coco powder
  • 4 tbpn sugar
  • Few drops of Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp choclate syrup
  • Vanila iceream for topping
  • Choclate syrup for decorating glass

Process

  1. In a blender Mix all the ingredients except the Icecream and blend for 2-3 min.
  2. In a glass pour the choclate syrup while rotating the glass to make random design.
  3. Pour the Liquid and garnish with Vanila icecream.
  4. Serve Chill  🙂 Ting!!!
